16+ locations, celebrity-worn from Lainey Wilson to Tom Cruise, online hat builders, a full corporate and events engine, all on a custom Shopify build. This is the ceiling, and proof the model scales nationally.

Crown & Brim

A single Minnesota store running on Square Online with DIY branding. This is where most hat bars stall: a basic platform with no real engine behind it. The trap we keep you out of.
